Allergen declaration on packaged food
Packaged food containing any of 8 major allergen categories (gluten, shellfish, milk, egg, fish, nuts, soy, sulphites) needs a "Contains..." declaration on the label.
“Labels must declare, where present as an ingredient: cereals containing gluten, crustacea, milk, eggs, fish, tree nuts/groundnut/peanuts, soybeans, and sulphite at 10mg/kg or more -- as "Contains ...".”
Only applies if you sell pre-packaged food. Check every packaged product's ingredients against the 8 allergen categories and add a "Contains..." declaration where applicable.
