Ingredients and finished goods need to be used in the order they arrived (or expire) -- oldest first -- not just grabbed from wherever is convenient.

“Raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products shall be rotated so that older stock is used first (first-in-first-out / first-expiry-first-out).”
